Returns can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery if the customer is not 100% satisfied with their purchase from us
All products must be returned to us, unused and with all tags, if any, still attached and in the same condition as received and in their original box and packaging.
You may return merchandise to us in the following ways:

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please confirm/ ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you think that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the merchandise, then refuse to take delivery of the package, email our Customer Care at - firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your order reference number.
Modification of Terms and conditions of Exchanges and Returns policy:
nessa.com may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. Management decision of www.nessa.com would be the final decision Subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement; we will inform you of the modifications in the User Agreement via email at the address provided by you while registering on www.nessa.com. In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.
